Holiday Apartments in the Upper Passeier Valley!

The holiday apartments in the Kresspichl farmhouse guarantee pure relaxation. Two apartments with separate entrances are located on the second floor of the house.

One apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a balcony, a WC, a bathroom with a bathtub, a TV with satellite connection, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The second apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a balcony, a WC, a bidet, a bathroom with either a bathtub or a shower, a TV with satellite connection, and high-speed Wi-Fi. This apartment offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for 2 to a maximum of 11 people.

Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, dish towels, dining and cooking utensils, a kettle, a dishwasher, an oven, and a hairdryer are all provided.

A crib and additional child equipment are available upon request.
It is possible to have lunch and dinner at our farm tavern. Warm meals are served until 8:00 PM.

Prices

Holiday apartment for 2 people including farmhouse breakfast:
Minimum price: €90.00
Maximum price: €120.00
Each additional person is charged separately:
Children up to 4 years old: free
Children aged 4 to 10 years: €9.00
Children aged 10 and above and adults: €15.00
In addition to the stated prices, a local tax will be charged. This amounts to €1.15 per person per night. Children under 14 years are exempt.
For stays of less than 4 days, a 10% surcharge applies
Final cleaning: €35

Dogs are allowed only with prior arrangement and for an additional charge of €5.00 per day.
The invoice is preferably paid in cash; please note that we do not accept credit cards.

Arrival and Departure

On the day of arrival, the holiday apartments are ready for occupancy from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 AM. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Without prior agreement or notification of a later arrival, the reservation will lose its validity after 8:00 PM.

Booking

Please note: The booking is only binding after you and we have sent written confirmation.
Cancellation Policy according to Art. 1382 ZGB

There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions:
The reservation can be canceled without a cancellation fee up to 45 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellations by the guest between 30 days and the arrival date, the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: €50 Cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date: €150 Cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price Cancellation less than 3 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price

In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount for the entire booking period is due.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday or need to postpone it!
